The woman booked a Rapido bike to Indiranagar on April 21st at 11:10 p.m. Instead of taking her to her destination, the rider, who took her phone under the guise of checking the OTP, transported her to Doddaballapura.

According to a senior police officer, the accused was detained and charged with sexual harassment, kidnapping, assault, or criminal force against a woman with the goal to offend her modesty and causing harm by acts risking the life or personal safety of others.
