Viral Video: Cricket players are well known for their flambouyant syle and, when this comes to star players, the bar is even higher. Many players are attributed for their unique style and it counts their action in both the places i.e. on-field and off-field. In a similar instance, a video from the year 2015 has gone viral. The video features Proteas’ top batsman David Miller and obviously, him being him, his style has become a raging sensation over the internet.
David Miller’s stylish entry left fans stunned
The instance is from the ODI World Cup 2015’s group stage. The match was being played between South Africa and UAE. David Miller’s stylish entry in the match had become viral then but is still raging similarly amongst the fans. In the match, after Rilee Rossouw was dismissed, David Miller entered the scene in an unorthodox manner. Miller descended the stairs from the dressing room and was later seen jumping over the boundary barriers.
Although Miller’s decision to jump is unknown, it appears that he preferred to take a shorter route to the ground than to take a few extra steps. Though, whatever the intention, photos and videos of his entry have been rapidly shared on social media.

South Africa won the match
The video has been shared by many social media pages and has amassed huge views since then. In the match, David Miller scored 49. In this group stage match, South Africa had defeated UAE By 146 runs. However, Proteas’ campaign got ended in the semifinal stage where they lost against New Zealand. Ab De Villiers, then captain two scored 99 off 82 balls in the match.
