Case Filed against the owners
The Noida police took notice as soon as the video gained popularity and filed a FIR. A case has reportedly been opened at the Sector-39 police station in Noida, according to information posted on Twitter by the Gautam Buddha Police Commissionerate. Prior to this, Noida’s Garden Galleria made headlines last year after a fight broke out between some partygoers and restaurant staff. There was one fatality in this altercation. On social media, the fight’s footage went viral.
