Viral Video: Recently a girl has tried to commit suicide by jumping at the famous tourist point known as Mini Niagara or Chitrakote Waterfall. The girl jumped from a waterfall about 100 feet high and fell down. At the time when she tried to commit suicide, many people were present there and witnessed the incident. Some people captured it on camera, whose video is going viral on social media.

If sources are to be believed, the girl is a resident of Pujari Para in Chitrakote and due to differences with family members, she has tried to take her own life. However, after jumping from the waterfall, she herself came out safely by swimming in strong waves. After this the local people handed him over to the police.
The police is probing the reason behind the her suicide. Chitrakote waterfall is a famous tourist spot where a large number of visitors come to see this beautiful sight. Apart from this, at the time when this incident happened, no security personnel were present around the waterfall, due to which the girl easily reached the waterfall and tried to commit suicide.
No strong security arrangement
As per the sources, people have tried to commit suicide in this famous waterfall even before this incident. Many times people have lost their lives in accidents. There is no strong security arrangement around the waterfall, due to which such incidents have become common.
