While Lalu Yadav continues to face legal battles related to the land-for-jobs scam and fodder scam, his spirit remains strong and determined. The Instagram post shared by Tejashwi Yadav, accompanied by the iconic Bollywood retro song ‘Dhal Gaya Din Ho Gayi Shaam’ depicted the RJD leader’s energetic and cheerful demeanor on the badminton court.
Lalu Yadav’s kidney surgery was a very dreadful moment for the family, but his daughter Rohini Acharya became the beacon of light as she agreed to donate her kidney to save her loving father.
Political aspirations amidst health struggles
Lalu Prasad Yadav attended an opposition meeting in Bangalore this month with the motto to defeat NDA led by PM Narendra Modi in upcoming general elections in 2024. His health conditions and legal battles will always come second to him. He expressed optimism in the opposition’s unity and resolve to counter divisive politics.
