Viral Video: The video went viral that captured moments of reckless riding of an e-rickshaw by several school-going children in Hapur district, Uttar Pradesh, pulling dangerous stunts along the Delhi-Lucknow Highway NH-9. In the viral footage, one can see around 14 students crammed onto the e-rickshaw, some even seated on top of the vehicle’s roof, shaking the vehicle as it moved amidst traffic.

The video has caused wide concern, and the police act on it immediately. The authorities said they will take the issue seriously. On social media, many people were shocked and condemned the hazardous acts of the students. Some posted that the police are also partial negligent. Why did they allow those dangerous stunts on a very busy highway where safety is supposed to be paramount?.
It therefore shows that there are greater needs to enforce stricture safety regulations regarding public transport and care for minor safety. This incident, therefore, suggests that reckless behavior on the roads is extremely dangerous and leaves a charge to the authorities and parents to ensure the relative safety of their young charges and responsible conduct.

When stopped, these school children start vandalizing.”
