Viral Video: A woman and her two children narrowly avoided a potential tragedy on Saturday at the Barh railway station in Bihar when a train passed over them in a heart-stopping incident. Since then, the terrifying video of the terrifying incident has gone viral on social media, leaving viewers in shock at the family’s incredible survival.
Fearless Mother’s Protective Stance
In the video, the mother is seen fearlessly defending her two kids while crouching on the tracks and the approaching train is only a few inches away. All three of them survived the incident unscathed, even though the circumstances were dangerous. The woman and her kids had travelled from Begusarai to the Barh railway station with the intention of boarding the Vikramshila Express to Delhi with their family, according to a media report. During boarding, there was confusion on the platform, and the woman and her kids unintentionally fell onto the tracks.
Train in Motion Increases Risk
The train then started moving shortly after, adding to the risk and giving rescuers minimal time to act. The guard gave a green signal. The woman quickly squatted on the tracks, covering her kids with her whole body as the train went over them in a brave display of maternal instinct. A throng gathered at the scene as the train pulled away, swarming to the woman and her kids’ aid. After being taken to a nearby hospital right away for a medical assessment, their condition was reported to be stable.
