Rajasthan Viral Video : Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar’s Controversial Remarks During Visit to Neemkathana

Rajasthan Viral Video: On Wednesday, Rajasthan’s Education Minister Madan Dilawar visited Narsinghpuri in Neemkathana for a day-long tour, where he inaugurated the newly renovated building of the Government Girls’ Higher Primary Sanskrit School. The event, however, took a controversial turn when the Minister made remarks regarding the attire of female teachers at the school.

During his address, Dilawar criticized certain female teachers for not dressing appropriately, stating, “Many female teachers do not wear decent clothes and walk around revealing their bodies. This does not have a positive impact on the children.” He urged teachers to reflect on their choice of clothing, emphasizing the need for professionalism in their appearance. He also raised concerns about teachers consuming gutkha (a form of chewing tobacco) and drinking alcohol, labeling them as detrimental to the students.

Addressing Teacher Absenteeism

The Education Minister also expressed his discontent with teacher absenteeism, noting that some teachers use excuses like going for prayers to leave school during working hours. “Teachers are not paid to perform rituals during school hours. They can conduct their prayers before or after school,” he stated. He announced that strict orders have been issued to prevent teachers from leaving school for religious activities during school hours, warning of disciplinary action against those who violate this directive.

Comments on Upcoming By-elections

In addition to education-related topics, Dilawar spoke about the upcoming by-elections in Rajasthan, expressing confidence in winning the elections similar to the recent victories in Haryana. The by-elections are scheduled for November 13 across seven assembly seats, with the counting of votes taking place on November 23, coinciding with the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
