Viral video: In today’s digital age, social media platforms and their various features, such as “Reels,” have become a powerful tool for self-expression and entertainment. However, the insatiable hunger for views, likes, and shares has birthed a dangerous obsession among the youth. A recent incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Amroha serves as a stark reminder of how far some individuals are willing to go in their pursuit of online fame.

A desperate act for the reel

In a shocking video, a man in Amroha decided to take extreme measures to make his reel go viral. Unmindful of the potential consequences, he drenched his beloved Bullet motorcycle in petrol at a local petrol pump. What followed was an alarming spectacle that left bystanders stunned. With the nozzle in his grip, the man filled the motorcycle’s fuel tank to the brim. Rather than exercising caution and adhering to basic safety norms, he proceeded to recklessly splash the excess fuel all over the bike’s body. The dangerous act was performed in the name of creating a sensational reel, aiming to capture the attention of the social media masses.

The gravity of the situation came to light when the video surfaced on Twitter, posted by user named Aryan Vishwakarma. Appalled by the man’s audacious behavior, Aryan decided to bring the incident to the attention of the authorities. He tagged the official handle of the UP Police, seeking immediate action against the individual responsible for this hazardous act.

Authorities take notice

Thankfully, the UP Police responded swiftly to the alarming tweet. Considering the seriousness of the incident, UP police commented, “@amrohapolice – कृपया आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्यवाही करें।” This step taken by the UP police was much needed as the incident which took place might have turned into a disaster as the bullet and the petrol pump might have caught fire.
