Innovative Construction
We would like to inform you that this cafe is located 14,000 feet above sea level. Manali-Leh Highway is where you may find this eatery. The Borders Road Organisation built this ice café using a natural method. The mound-shaped design of this café aims to conserve water in the winter and use it for irrigation in the future.
In addition to masala maggi, the nation’s first natural ice café offers ginger tea, butter tea, and masala tea. The Border Road Organisation worked with four young people from the area to create it. The concept for this cafe was inspired by Sonam Wangchuk’s mechanical engineering project.
