Viral Video: On the last Monday of the Sawan month, a startling incident has emerged from Mahoba in Uttar Pradesh, capturing attention. A woman found herself entangled by a snake around her leg for a duration of approximately three hours. Remarkably, the woman remained seated in an unwavering posture, steadfastly reciting the name of Lord Shiva.
Snake entangles itself around the woman
Reportedly, the incident unfolded in Dahrra village, situated within the Sangam Sadar tehsil. Mithilesh Yadav, a resident of Deviganj village in Hamirpur district, had arrived at her maternal home to celebrate Raksha Bandhan. During the night, as she slept, an unexpected incident happened. A venomous snake tangled itself around her leg. As soon as she woke up and saw the snake, woman resorted to seek help from the god. She recited the name of Lord Shiva and embarked on a meditative state, keeping her focus towards him.
As soon as her relatives became aware of the situation, they promptly summoned a snake catcher to the scene. Skillfully, the snake catcher managed to apprehend and release the snake that had coiled around the woman’s leg. A video capturing this extraordinary incident has also surfaced, leaving many wondering over the peculiar aspect of why the venomous snake did not harm the woman.
Upon seeing the incident, the family contacted emergency services through the number 112 and subsequently asked the local police for assistance. The police arrived at the scene and took the help of a skilled snake charmer to safely extract and remove the snake from the house.

Amidst the tense situation, the woman showed remarkable composure, refraining from any attempts to anger the snake. She remained seated and consistently chanted prayers to Lord Shiva. A section of the villagers has identified this incident as an extraordinary outcome to the divine intervention of Lord Shiva, labelling it a miraculous incident that the venomous snake refrained from causing harm to the woman throughout.
