Ilya Golem has been dubbed the world’s most ‘monstrous’ bodybuilder. This massive corpse is 6 feet long and weighs 158 kilograms. Golem, 35, began working out at the gym as a youngster because he aspired to appear like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone.

Golem eats 7 times a day
The key to Golem’s physique is his incredible nutrition. He consumes seven meals a day after working out at the gym. At 8 a.m., he has 300 grams of rolled oats for breakfast. After that, around 11 a.m., he gets his first lunch. In which he consumes 108 pieces of sushi in one sitting. He also consumes one kilo, 600 grams of rice, and 800 grams of fish.
He consumes 1300 grams of beef for his next lunch at 1.30 p.m. Following that, enjoy crepes and ice cream. At 3.40 p.m., Golem has his third lunch. In which he has a dish of spaghetti, rice, and olives. He consumes 300 grams of pasta and 200 grams of cheese in his first dinner.
He also eats a second dinner
At 7:30 p.m., Golem gets his second dinner. In which 1300 grams of beef are paired with 700 grams of cheese or ricotta. After that, at 9.15 p.m., he consumes another large amount of food, this time 14 pancakes drizzled in maple syrup. After that, he goes to bed.
