Both the youths are from Delhi
Actually, a user has shared this video on Twitter. It has been claimed that both these youths are from Delhi. It is also being told that the video is a few days old which has now gone viral. It is seen that two youths sitting on front and back seats are quarreling over something. It was not known on what they both clashed but the video came to the fore.
It is seen in the video that a young man is saying in English that when I speak, no one speaks. I’m telling you don’t talk to me like that. You don’t know who I am. After this he started crying loudly. After this, another young man was also seen saying something from the front. Then people started calming both of them.
