Viral photo: Paula Gonu, a well-known Spanish Twitch streamer, recently startled her audience by admitting that she had cooked and eaten a portion of her own knee after having surgery. Gonu, who has over 228,000 subscribers on the streaming service, was put under local anaesthesia for the procedure and was given the choice to save some of her cartilage. The Twitch character brought a tiny sample jar of the cartilage home with her, and she subsequently made the decision to prepare it in a delicious spaghetti Bolognese sauce and serve it to her partner.
