Expressing her frustration and toxic work culture at BYJU’s, the girl has said “I am screaming because I have gone mad”.

Grief & Frustration Of BYJU’s Employee Captured In This Video

In this video, we can see two people standing in front of the girl. They are believed to be the woman’s seniors. And they can be seen making the matter calm down by urging her to have a private discussion inside a cabin. However, that girl stood resolved and rejected the offer of discussion. She insisted to raise her concern in front of all her colleagues and staff members.

Moreover, the girl brought light to the fact that how a toxic work environment, unsatisfactory incentives, and inappropriate layoff is affecting the employees working there.

Online reactions to this video reflected growing mistrust toward the work environment of BYJU’S. On the other hand, few users suggested or desired to start working from home in order to avoid dealing with individuals with low mentalities. Other Twitter users criticized the company for providing a very small amount of money to employees on termination.

How People Reacted To This Video?

One of the social media users said, “Most of the IT companies in India force employees to work more than 9 hours. Force them to work without any breaks or minimum breaks. Don’t give bonuses and good leave policies. Also, forced to work on Saturday and Sunday, sometimes without any incentives. I don’t know why the central government is not taking action.”

And if we look at a different perspective, then, some people said the girl was overreacting. One of the users said, “If I were in her place I would have found another job in the first 3 months”.
