This intense episode unfolded like a scene straight out of a movie, capturing widespread attention. Not only did the smugglers attempt to outmaneuver the narcotics team, but they also endangered ordinary citizens in their frantic bid to escape. Despite their efforts, they were ultimately caught, showcasing the commendable efforts of the authorities.

Madhya Pradesh Narcotics Team Attacked in Rajasthan

The viral video, shared on X by a user named Sachin Gupta, reveals a harrowing sequence of events. The caption accompanying the video stated:
"Madhya Pradesh's Central Narcotics Bureau team attacked in Kota (Rajasthan). Doda smugglers hit the team's vehicle. Tried to escape in filmy style. 2 smugglers were caught. 911 KG doda was recovered."

The incident occurred near the Nayagaon Toll Plaza on the Chittorgarh-Kota highway, close to the Hanging Bridge in Kota, Rajasthan. Acting on a tip-off about a pickup truck registered in Rajasthan transporting doda, the Narcotics Bureau team set up barricades to intercept the vehicle.

When confronted, the smugglers didn’t just crash into the Bureau's vehicles but also rammed into other cars on the road. The chase led to a chaotic scene that left common citizens shaken. After colliding with multiple vehicles, two smugglers abandoned their truck and attempted to flee on foot. However, their dramatic escape plan failed, and the Narcotics Bureau team apprehended them swiftly.

Major Drug Haul - 911 Kilograms of Doda Seized

Upon searching the vehicle, the authorities uncovered a staggering 911 kilograms of doda, a significant seizure in combating drug trafficking. This large quantity underscores the extensive network of the smugglers. The swift action of the Narcotics Bureau not only foiled the escape attempt but also dealt a severe blow to the illegal drug trade in the region.
