In addition to being vulgar, his actions are concerning because the girl doesn’t appear to be aware of what is going on behind her. Viewers can see the man attempting multiple times to get closer to the girl as the video goes on. The CCTV footage records all of his inappropriate actions, even though she is innocent, which raises grave concerns about public safety.
