Viral Video: Social media users are asking questions and expressing alarm after a police car was seen entering the AIIMS Rishikesh emergency unit in a recent viral video. The 26-second video, which has already become viral on the internet, shows the police car making its way through the congested emergency area while security staff members move stretchers with patients to make room for the automobile.
The Viral Video: Police Chase Leads to Unusual Entry
The strange event reportedly occurred when police officials drove their vehicle all the way to AIIMS Rishikesh’s fourth floor in order to arrest a person who had been accused of sexual harassment, according to media reports. Public relations officer Sandeep Kumar Singh of AIIMS Rishikesh voiced his amazement at the occurrence, saying he had no idea how the car got into and out of the hospital. To find out more, an investigation has been started.
Route Guidance and Security Concerns
The in-charge of AIIMS outpost, Vinesh Kumar, stated that the police took the path that AIIMS security had indicated. He questioned the commotion, pointing out that using the emergency ward as an escape was usual practice. This has prompted more inquiries concerning the procedures and lines of contact between hospital security and law enforcement.
Allegations and Arrest
The shocking entrance was a part of an operation to detain Satish Kumar, a nursing officer who has been charged with sexually abusing a trauma surgery unit junior. According to Rishikesh Kotwali SHO Shankar Singh Bisht’s statement to PTI, the accused reportedly sent the victim an explicit SMS. The AIIMS Rishikesh medical residents are rather unhappy as a result of this incidence.
Protests and Demands for Justice
Outraged by the episode, the resident doctors insisted on the nursing officer’s immediate firing as opposed to a simple suspension. They shouted slogans and made demands during protests outside the Dean of Academics’ office. A legal complaint was filed at Rishikesh Kotwali against the accused as a result of the protest, indicating the medical community’s need for prompt and forceful action.
