Viral Video: A barber was arrested in a shocking occurrence that happened in Lucknow after a video went viral showing him rubbing a client’s face at a salon using his own spit. Serious worries about the health and hygiene standards at salons have been raised by the uncomfortable act, which has provoked significant criticism.
Barber Caught on Camera
CCTV footage from the salon showed Zaid, the accused barber, spitting on his hand and massaging a customer’s face with the saliva. This is how the event came to light. Unaware of the deed at the time, the customer grew suspicious and looked over the CCTV footage. He quickly filed a police complaint after being horrified by what he saw.
Public Outcry and Arrest
After the video went viral, internet users responded to it quickly. “What has happened to the salon owners these days?” asked one user, while “Police should take strict action against such people,” was suggested by another. “Ek ke Chakkar mein sabka naam kharab hota hai,” said a third user, emphasising how one person’s actions may damage the reputation of numerous others.
Following the complaint, the Lucknow Police arrested Zaid. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Health and Hygiene Concerns
Serious concerns have been raised by this incidence over the hygiene practices used in certain salons. In addition to being filthy, using spit in place of appropriate massage oils or creams carries serious health hazards. It is recommended that customers exercise caution and report any questionable activity in order to uphold public health regulations.
