The assailants behind the heinous act have been identified as Anuj and Nitin. The motive behind the brutal attack appears to be revenge for a previous assault on Anuj’s father by Mehndi Hasan. In the viral video, the assailants are seen stabbing Hasan before tying him to their bike and dragging him around the locality, leaving a gruesome trail of blood.

Najma, the wife of Mehndi Hasan, shared the devastating impact of the incident. The couple, with four children, had been residing in Noida for years. Hasan had dropped Najma home from work in his e-rickshaw on that fateful evening, heading out to earn their livelihood. The news of his death later that night left the family shattered.
Demands for Justice
As the video went viral, Najma demanded swift and strict action against the accused. She recounted the horrific details of her husband being tied to a bike and dragged until his demise. Despite efforts to save him, Hasan succumbed to his injuries at the district hospital, as reported by the police.
Police Hunt for Culprits
An active police investigation is underway, leveraging CCTV footage from the area to identify and locate the culprits. The accused, Anuj and Nitin, are currently on the run. The community has been left grappling with the shock of the incident, calling for justice and accountability in the face of such a brutal crime.
