Yogi Adityanath: At the inauguration of the Ramayan Mela at Ram Katha Park, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath delivered a stern warning about forces he described as threats to India's social unity.

Historical and Contemporary Parallels

Drawing historical parallels, CM Adityanath recalled the actions of Babur’s men during the Ayodhya Kumbh 500 years ago, likening them to events in Sambhal and present-day Bangladesh. He stated, "The nature and DNA of these elements remain the same across time and places."

Warning Against Divisive Elements

The Chief Minister alleged that certain groups are working to disrupt societal harmony, emphasizing that these forces are present within India as well. "They are waiting for an opportunity to hand you over," he said, adding that their goal is to weaken social unity.

Criticism of Dual Loyalties

CM Adityanath also criticized individuals with overseas properties, suggesting they lack loyalty to India. “In times of crisis, they will flee abroad, leaving others to face the consequences,” he remarked, urging citizens to remain vigilant.

The Ramayan Mela, a celebration of cultural and spiritual heritage, served as the backdrop for the CM's call to action against these perceived threats.
