Maye Musk, Elon Musk’s mother defended her billionaire son and Maye Musk have urged critics to “stop being mean to him”.

Maye Musk was being interviewed at BBC for documentary where she described the world’s richest person as a “genius”. Maye also claims that because of Elon huge success her son “gets a lot of hate”.

It is worth mentioning that CEO of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk has come under a umbrella of criticism since his $44 Twitter deal.

Recently He layed off almost half of the company’s workforce and multiple high-level employees responsible for security and privacy.

‘No one wants to be with Elon Musk’

She admitted that despite many people admiring Musk’s achievements, “no one wants to be him”. Earlier, Maye said Bloomberg’s headlines on Tesla are “always on the negative side”.

Maye Musk is a Canadian-South African American model and dietician. She has been a model for almost 50 years, appearing on the covers of magazines including Time magazine Fitness Edition, Woman’s Day, Vogue’s international edition. Maye Musk is the mother of Elon Musk.

Maye Musk was born on 19 April 1948 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Her family moved to Pretoria, South Africa in 1950. Her parents are Winifred Josephine and Dr. Joshua Norman Haldeman.
