A shocking incident happened on Wednesday in Johannesburg city of South Africa. In fact, due to the strong explosion inside the ground here, the road was completely destroyed and there was a crater. During the explosion, the vehicles running on the road were blown up in the air along with the explosion. The video of the incident has surfaced on social media, which is becoming very viral. It is believed that this accident happened due to the explosion in the gas pipe pipeline. One person has died and 48 people have been injured in this accident.
Gas supplier denied the matter of explosion due to gas leak
The incident is from the Bree Street area of Johannesburg. Many vehicles have been badly damaged in the accident. The exact cause of the blast is yet to be ascertained, but officials believe that it may have happened due to damage to the underground gas pipeline. At present the investigation of the incident is going on. At the same time, the local gas supplier has accepted that there is a small leak in a gas pipeline, but the supplier refused to accept this leak as the reason for the blast.
After the accident, the administration has advised people to avoid going to the affected area. The power supply to the affected area has also been stopped and the area is being cordoned off and investigated.
