India Maldives Row: India announced on Thursday that military personnel deployed in the Maldives for the operation and maintenance of two helicopters and an aircraft will be replaced by “competent Indian technical personnel.” This decision comes amid discussions between India and the Maldives regarding the withdrawal of more than 75 Indian military personnel from the archipelago following President Mohamed Muizzu’s demand for their removal by March 15.
