Israel Hamas Conflict: Israeli airstrikes on Gaza have resulted in significant casualties, with over 20 people, including six children and five women, killed in the Nuseirat refugee camp, according to reports from Wafa news agency.
Indonesian and Kamal Adwan Hospitals Targeted
The Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, was also struck, with at least 29 fatalities reported near the Kamal Adwan Hospital in a series of airstrikes. Al Jazeera’s correspondent confirmed that Israeli forces, including tanks and drones, are targeting moving objects in and around the hospital.
Rising Death Toll in Gaza and Lebanon
Since the start of the conflict on October 7, 2023, Gaza has witnessed the deaths of at least 44,612 Palestinians, with 105,834 more injured. In Lebanon, 4,047 people have been killed, and 16,638 wounded in Israeli strikes.
The conflict began with Hamas-led attacks on Israel, resulting in 1,139 deaths and over 200 captives taken. The escalating violence continues to devastate civilian lives on both sides, with calls for urgent humanitarian intervention growing louder.
