Balenciaga, a renowned fashion house, has now made the decision to cut all relations with the West.
Official statement regarding the decision stated:
The decision to abandon West by the upscale fashion label was finalised in a statement released by Balenciaga’s parent company, Kering. The statement stated that Balenciaga “no longer has any affiliation with this artist and has no intentions for future initiatives relating to this artist.”

What remarks did he make?
Since the beginning of October, West has made numerous alarming anti-Semitic comments in interviews and on social media. He also mocked George Floyd’s terrible death, which sparked a nationwide demonstration under the banner “Black Lives Matter.” In this situation, West was spotted wearing a t-shirt with the slogan “White Lives Matter” at his Yeezy fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.
