Operation Golden Orb”: What is it?

Even before Operation Golden Orb ended, the schedule and strategy for King Charles III’s coronation ceremony were established. The operation’s name, which was meant to be kept a secret, was unintentionally revealed in 2016 due to an error.

Despite the lack of information about Operation Golden Orb, it is assumed that King Charles III’s coronation in Westminster Abbey has been a tradition for the previous 900 years. William the Conqueror was crowned in the abbey.
