Mass shooting in Alabama at birthday party kills 4, here’s details

At least 20 people were shot at a birthday party held at a dance studio in Dadeville, Alabama, US. People had gathered to celebrate the birthday of a girl. According to eyewitnesses and local media, some people have died in the firing.

According to reports, the incident took place on Saturday (April 15) at around 10.30 pm. Police have been informed that shots were fired at Mahogany Masterpiece Dance Studio in Dadeville, Tallapoosa County.

What did the eyewitnesses see?

Officials have not shared any information about the exact number of dead. Elizabeth White, a reporter for a local TV channel, said that more than 20 people were shot over a dispute, some of whom died.

An eyewitness shared a graphic photo of the incident, in which at least six bodies are seen lying on the ground, while another eyewitness told that the number of dead was even higher. He said that many bodies at the spot were covered with white sheets.

Media reports about the Alabama shooting

According to the report of BNO News, an official of Tallapoosa County has confirmed that several people have been killed in the incident. At the same time, Fox News quoted local reports as saying that several children were killed in the shooting on Saturday in the E Green Street and N Broadnex Street areas of Dadeville.

The report said that in a picture posted on Twitter, several families gathered outside a local hospital after the incident. People are inconsolable after losing their loved ones. It was told in the report that Fox News contacted the Dadeville police to gather information but the officers could not share the details at the moment.
