“My dad will be king”: As his father will soon become king, Prince George, the nine-year-old son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, reportedly warned his classmates to “better watch out.” The eldest child of King Charles III, who succeeded Queen Elizabeth II as monarch, is Prince William.
Katie Nicholl, a royal biographer, wrote in her most recent book, The New Royals, that Prince George is growing up conscious of who he is and the role he will play, according to The Sun.
“My dad will be king, so you better watch out.”
In her new book, the royal author stated that “George understands he will one day be king and, as a little kid, sparred with classmates at school, outdoing his contemporaries with the killer line: My dad will be king, so you better watch out.”
As the new Prince of Wales, a position that had been held by his father for more than 50 years, Prince William is also embracing his new responsibilities.

On September 9, Queen Elizabeth, who ruled Britain for more than seven decades, passed away at the age of 96. Prince Charles succeeded to the throne, and Prince William, his eldest son, is now the next in line.
