Pakistan: Imran Khan’s statement against Additional District and Sessions judge Zeba Chaudhry led Islamabad’s Margalla Police Station to issue an arrest notice for him on Saturday.
Hours after Imran Khan presented an affidavit in a contempt lawsuit brought against him due to his comment, the warrant was issued.

On August 23, Imran Khan organised a political demonstration in support of his special assistant Shahbaz Gill, who is allegedly being tortured while being jailed.
Imran Threatened Zeba Chaudhry
Judge Zeba Chaudhry was allegedly threatened by Imran Khan during the address, who advised her to “prepare herself as the action would be conducted against her.”
An FIR was filed against Imran Khan for threatening the judge immediately following his comment.
Imran Khan, however, acknowledged that “he might have crossed a line” and stated his desire to apologise to the court in an affidavit submitted to the Islamabad High Court.

Section 186,188,504 and 506 imposed against Imran Khan
According to Dawn, the FIR was amended to include Sections 186 (offence of impeding public servant in the performance of public duty), 188 (disobedience to order properly published by public servant), 504 (criminal intimidation), and 506 (penalty for criminal intimidation).
A team from Islamabad Police has been sent to Bani Gala to arrest the PTI leader, according to a report on Geo News. However, according to insiders, Ali Amin Gandapur, a former federal minister, and Khan have left their home for an undisclosed location.
