Pakistan: A week after originally turning down his student’s marriage proposal, a 52-year-old teacher wed his 20-year-old student. B.Com undergraduate Zoya Noor admitted that she was in love with her teacher Sajid Ali’s distinctive personality. With YouTuber and video producer Syed Basit Ali, the Pakistani couple recounted their tale.
When she proposed to the teacher at her college, Zoya recalled how he was initially uninterested but eventually changed his mind and began to think of getting married to her. It was not, however, to be accomplished without a clear denial.
“There’s a massive age difference [of 32 years] between us. We can’t marry each other.” Sajid said this when Zoya proposed him first.
Sajid, however, admitted to Syed that he had no problems about wedding his student and just took one week, during which he began to feel in love with her.
Both lovers said that their families disapproved of their plans to wed. The 20-year-old student claimed there was no turning back once she fell in love, despite the 55-year-old being told he was “too handsome to marry her.”
She appreciated the quinquagenarian’s method of teaching. The faculty member’s cooking and tea-making are both favourites of the man.
