On March 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented awards to many influencers at the National Creators Award ceremony held at India Mandapam. PM Modi gave the Cultural Ambassador of the Year award to singer Maithili Thakur. In addition, Boat’s founder and Shark Tank judge Aman Gupta was awarded with Celebrity Creator of the Year award.

The Pakistani YouTube channel, Real Entertainment TV, once again went among the people to know their views. Pakistani reporter asked people about India and Pakistan’s social media. The reporter asked a man, “What difference do you see between Pakistan and India’s social media? There is news that social media influencers have been awarded there.”

The man replied, “There are no influencers on any social media platform in Pakistan. Then the reporter asked about the electricity situation in Pakistan’s Azad Kashmir. The man said, “Electricity is available for 1 hour and unavailable for another 1 hour. We just hope that the electricity does not go out. We did not even fight a war and the country has sunk into darkness.” The man also praised India, saying that they are better than us in many ways.”

(Pakistan On India) That’s why we can’t make videos even if we want to. The person further said, “We copy everything from India. We also listen to India’s songs in the car. The biggest problem is that there is no internet service here.”

The reporter then asked, “Do you watch any technical or educational videos?” The person said, “I watch the videos of Indian YouTubers. The person further explained, “In many areas here, there is no internet, and in some places, there is no mobile service either.”
