After earthquakes in Papua New Guinea, China and Tibet, now tremors have been felt in Russia as well. On Monday, an earthquake of 6.9 magnitude was felt in the North Coast region. The epicenter of the earthquake was 100 kilometers below the Pacific coast of Russia. This intensity of earthquake increases the possibility of tsunami. The Russian Ministry, which monitors emergency matters, said that no tsunami alert has been issued after the earthquake.
Local people have shared many videos on social media. It can be seen in a video clip that due to the tremors of the earthquake, goods are scattered in the grocery. Almost the goods of the shop have come on the ground. In a 20-second video clip, the horrific image of the earthquake can be seen. In the video recorded inside the house, the whole house is shaking.
