Russia-Ukraine War 35th Day Live Update: Russia has officially announced the reduction of troops from Kyiv and Chernihiv. At the same time, Ukrainian officials have claimed that Russian troops have failed to achieve their goals, so they need to withdraw the army.
The war between Russia and Ukraine has completed 35 days. Russian troops are constantly bombarding Ukrainian cities, leaving many cities in ruins. On Tuesday, Russia launched a rocket attack on the building of the regional administrative headquarters in Mykolaiv. At least 12 people died in this attack. 33 other people are reported to be injured.

However, Ukraine’s claims have not been confirmed. Russia has so far confirmed the deaths of only one General Yakov Rezantsev and a senior naval commander.
