The bitterness in the relations between India and Pakistan remains constant. However, now India’s support has become very important for Pakistan, which has been badly battered on the economic front. This is the first time after the year 2014 when a Pakistani minister will step on Indian soil. Here he will participate in the SCO meeting of foreign ministers.
In fact, Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mumtaz Baloch said that Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto will participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting to be held on May 4 and 5. He told that for this Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had invited him, accepting which he will go on a tour of India. This meeting of foreign ministers is going to be held in Goa.

Now after about 9 years, a big leader of Pakistan is coming to India, that is why it is being seen from many angles. In the year 2014, PM Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan had reached PM Modi’s swearing-in ceremony, after that no minister or leader of Pakistan came to India. It is being told that Pakistan wants to show its presence in this forum started by China and Russia. The purpose of this forum is to advance regional peace and economy. That is why Pakistan did not want to lose this opportunity. Pakistan would like to have bilateral talks with India on this occasion.
